Tasting Notes: Brilliant yellow in colour with green reflections. Delicate aromas of fresh fruits and white flowers. Full bodied palate with tangy minerality leading to a snappy dry finish. Gavi DOCG from the Municipality of Gavi is fresh and delicate, with intense aromas that are confirmed by the soil and the breeze that comes from Liguria.
The Magda Pedrini estate extends for twelve hectares, all cultivated with Cortese grapes . The production system has been undergoing organic conversion since August 2017. The Ca' da Meo estate, when Magda Pedrini fell in love with it in 2006, was in a state of abandonment and neglect. With constant love and commitment, the property has restored dignity and value to its vineyards dedicated to the Cortese grape . The first and fundamental intervention focused on the recovery of the land, crushing and working the layer of rock, to recover the historic vineyards and plant new vineyards on this particular land that gives the Gavi wine fragrant floral, fruity and mineral notes.
