Tasting Notes: A luminous pink with brilliant tones. Delicate hints of sweet orange and exotic fruits for freshness, nuanced by a light iodine note. A rich and complex mouth, remarkably balanced and sapid. Harmonious and lively, a subtle mineral flavour lingers for a fresh and enduring finish.
Selective harvesting is done at night to limit oxidation and preserve freshness of the aromas and fruit. Liitation of inputs to reduce the use of sulphites. Traditional vinification.
Provence is an important wine producing region in southern France. Named by the Romans as provincia nostra ("our province"), the region produces white, red and rosé wines from a wide variety of different grape varieties. Rhône varietals such as Syrah and Grenache perform particularly well in the warmth of the Mediterranean sun, and the region is particularly renowned for its high class rosé wines (such as Bandol or Côtes de Provence), and also lesser known but equally high quality, spicy, dense red wines. White wines are produced in smaller quantities.
