Tasting Notes: A beautiful pale salmon-pink colour.  Aromas of white peach and pineapple on the nose, with mineral and red fruit notes, that follow through to the palate. The palate is fresh, round, soft and pleasant with a good length.

"A light blush Provence rosé with red cherries, raspberries and strawberries on the nose and palate - a real celebration of summer fruits. This is delicate and nuanced with good vibrancy and lift and soft touches of creaminess giving the whole package. A delicious, crowd-pleaser and great apéritif wine." Georgina Hindle, Decanter

The vineyards comprise 100 hectares in the heart of Provence, located in Ollières, west of Saint-Maximin. The Burel family has owned the land since 2004. A natural, protected area, totally untouched by roads, where viticulture is carried out with respect for the ecosystem. It has held the Terra Vitis certification for many years and now the estate has achieved the 3rd and highest level of environmental certification, HVE 3 (Haute Valeur Environnementale).

Food Match : Perfect as an aperitif, great with salads, seafood, canapes. A real crowd pleaser.
