Tasting Notes: Deep, dark purple-red colour. Expressive aromas with notes of ripe black fruits, violets, laced, with subtle vanilla. On the palate, an enticing, sweet entry leads to a complex wine, with soft round tannins that are characteristic of the “Las Bayas” vineyard. Finishes long, juicy and lingering.
Harvested by hand in late March. Fermentation: 24/27ºC (75.2-80.6°F) with selected yeasts, in concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation: 100% natural Aging: 3 months in concrete tanks, 3 months in American oak barrels, and 6 months in bottle.
