Tasting Notes: A classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, but a little more so than most. An abundance of crushed fresh herbs, tomato leaf, gooseberry and fennel. The fleshy yet lively palate has a lovely creamy texture that is dry, bright and juicy with a long mineral finish. A convergence of of flavours from five separate vineyards in the Marlborough area. A percentage of the wine was aged on natural yeast lees in French barrels for 3 months, adding texture, complexity and increased mouthfeel to the palate
