Tasting Notes: Aromas of red berry fruits with violet and forest nuances, underlying dark red cherry. The palate is rich and unusually mouthfilling for a Awatere wine....lots of fruit, a taut structure that carries the flavours to a persistent finish. Lovely minerality as you would expect from this sub-region's fruit. The flavour's will keep on developing in the glass.
