Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe stone fruits, with buttery, toasted brioche. The palate has a lovely concentration of fruit with butterscotch, creamy vanilla, cinnamon and hints of hazelnut. The fresh acidity with flinty mineral character from the limestone soil balance the rich creamy texture, delivering a long and complex finish. A beautiful elegant wine. 10 months aging in French oak barrels.
