Aromo White is made of Pais grape , also known as Mission or Criolla, however in Chile it is known as Pais . Planted by Spanish conquers during the colonization, so one of the first grapes grown in Chile. For this wine , Aromo harvest from their vineyards found closer to the canals as the water is more plentiful, or from the vineyards in more humid sectors, where the berries are larger and less coloured. The harvest is manual, the grape is destemmed, ground and cooled to be immediately pressed, ensuring a very clear and colourless juice is obtained.
