Aromatic, bright & fruity.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of citrus blossom, light, bright & fresh. An appealing palate of lemon, apricot and peach fruit. Light, refreshing acidity balances the fruit bowl of flavours - more zingy than your average Albarino, we highly recommend.
Made at the famous Tahbilk winery in Victoria, Dalfarras is a project between Alister Purbrick, 4th generation winemaker and owner of Tahbilk, and his wife Rosa. Rosa is an artist by profession - the range is named for her maiden name, Dal Farra and she designs the eye-catching labels.
Tahbilk is one of only 8 wineries in the world that is Carbon Zero accredited, meaning all of their wines are certified carbon neutral, achieved by a transparent approach to measuring, reducing and offsetting residual emissions. Tahbilk has reduced carbon emissions by 45% since 2013 and offsets the residual impact by revegetating 160ha of the estate’s land, plus the purchase of carbon credits. It is the only winery in Australia to be 100% carbon neutral accredited.
Food Match : Excellent on it's own or with canapes. A perfect match with seafood, most fish dishes but especially those served grilled or dressed with lemon juice or just salt & pepper. Great with salads.
