Tasting Notes: Packed with ripe tropical aromas, passionfruit and mango. The palate is rich and rounded with crisp hints of citrus fruits. Lively and bright, with pure, clean youthful fruit intensity with fresh acidity. Tangy minerality in the finish completes the full Marlborough package.
The Orchard Lane Winery lies down a long quiet lane in the heart of Marlborough. In an area once surrounded by apple orchards, there is only one gnarled row of trees remaining - providing fresh apples to eat during harvest. Owners David and Kate Acland, both come from 5 generations of farmers and growers with a proud history of producing quality food. Today they farm sheep, cattle, honey and wine and a new generation has begun with their 3 young children involved in all of their enterprises.
