Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red core with a silvery pink rim. Aromas featuring floral notes of lavender, followed by red berries – think strawberry and fresh raspberries. A hit of spice and wild brambly notes add an extra layer of complexity. The palate is light – medium bodied with luscious red fruits. The juicy acidity and spicy tannin make this a highly drinkable and very moreish little number.

Fruit for the Unfinished Business Pinot Noir is sourced from a selection of premium cool climate vineyards within the renowned Limestone Coast region. 2020 was a challenging vintage in the vineyard. Drought and wind events made for dramatically low yields, but the fruit that made it was of exceptional quality. This wine was made in a way that allowed the juicy intensity of this parcel of fruit to shine. No unfinished business here, unless you don’t mange to finish the bottle. But we highly doubt that….
