Tasting Notes: Deep garnet red in colour. Aromas of black cherry. This wine is fleshy, well-structured with the warm and savage of soils of the Roussillon area.
The plots are located on the slopes of the high Agly Valley. They are composed of gneiss and schist from the Devonian Period. Extraction is conducted entirely by daily punching of the cap and the maceration lasts between 2 to 4 weeks, monitored by daily tastings. Maturing : The ageing takes place in vats.
