Tasting Notes: A zesty, dry white wine. Aromas of green apples, grapefruit and ripe cirtus fruits, that all follow through to the palate - add in light honey, lemony notes with mineral hints. The finish is fresh and crisp with citrus and hint of bitter almond.
From the same area of Piedmont, the Monferrato Hills, that Gavi comes from. Southwest facing vineyards at alitiudes between 250 and 400m. The soils are a combination of limestone and clay. 100% tank fermented under temperature control with 3 months on the lees.
A typical Piedmont white, which delivers over and above for the price.
Food Match : Perfect with grilled white meat, salads, white fish and shellfish or simply alone as an aperitif.
