Tasting Notes: Crisp green apples, citrus peel with an explosion of freshness and that lovely frizzant on your tongue.
Grapes are pressed and fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel barrels. CO2 is used throughout to keep the wine as fresh as possible. Unfined and Unfiltered, with a small amount of CO2 left in the bottle for that light spritz. Although not a fully Natural wine, the grapes are organic, sustainable farming and low intervention wine making. Qunita do Ermizio and their Vinho Verde is from Northern Portugal. Winemaker Antonio Monterio aims to produce young, vibrant, fresh wines - we think he has succeeded!
Food Match : Perfect on it's own, especially good at lunchtime. Excellent with salads, white meats, fish.
