Tasting Notes: An elegant and well balanced, traditional method, sparkling rosé with fresh aromas of ripe, red berries, toasted brioche and honeyed blossom. The palate offers red apple and brioche notes, well integrated acid, a hint of almonds brings a delightfully dry finish. Longer lees aging provides finesse, structure, and harmony of flavour.
Established in 1972, by Janet and Rodney Pratt, Bolney Wine Estate in West Sussex was one of the first, and remains one of the most beautiful, English wine estates. Janet and Rodney were pioneers. Guided by nature – the mild climate and the sandstone soil – they discovered the best varieties of grapes to grow in their eco-system. The team now produce award-winning still and sparkling wines from our famous Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris to our classic sparkling Bolney Bubbly and Blanc de Blancs.
