Domaine des Charmilles Sancerre : Grape : Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire in France. The palate is fresh with hints of apple, quince and citrus, all held together by a tight mineral structure. Perfect Match to seafood, smoked salmon.
Domaine Hamelin Chablis : Grape : Chardonnay : Produced from 100% Chardonnay Grapes, which undergo vinification in stainless steel tanks to retain the freshness of the fruit. This well known wine has a classic nose of green apples, hawthorn, with a hint of fresh mown meadow, a wonderful crisp, dry flavour with an excellent balance between fruit and minerality. Crisp on the palate while displaying good depth of flavour, and a long, dynamic finish.

Taylors LBV Port 2018 Grape : Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Cão, Tinta Amarel from the Duoro Valley in Portugal. Deep ruby red colour, black morello cherry on the nose, great vibrancy and wonderful freshness of fruit. On the palate, cassis, plums and blackberry combine harmoniously with the well-integrated and tightly knit tannins. Long elegant finish.
