Tasting Notes: Delicate aromas of white flower, brioche and zesty, citrus fruit. The palate is creamy and elegant with light elderflower and honey flavours with brioche and zesty citrus. Well balanced sparkler that has a lovely soft finish that is c lean and bright.
Established in 1972, by Janet and Rodney Pratt, Bolney Wine Estate in West Sussex was one of the first, and remains one of the most beautiful, English wine estates. Janet and Rodney were pioneers. Guided by nature – the mild climate and the sandstone soil – they discovered the best varieties of grapes to grow in their eco-system.
