Italy
Italian wines are varied, interesting, exciting and occasionally puzzling. Italy has 20 Wine Regions and grows over 350 different grapes varieties. We don't cover all Regions or Varieties yet, but we are making inroads. We have travelled extensively across the many wine making areas such Veneto, Chianti, Piedmont & Abruzzo to bring you wines from family owned & run vineyards. Tenuta Santome is a particular favourite - try their Santome Prosecco Brut DOC to discover how good Prosecco can be. Danese have an excellent Pinot Noir, Primitvio, Bardolino, Montepulciano, Vallpoicella - in fact all their wines are excellent, as good a vineyard to start with as any.
