Tasting Notes: North-west of Bourges, the vineyards of Quincy are located on the banks of the Cher River and cover a surface area of nearly 270ha. The vines are planted on an ancient, gently rolling terrace along the Cher River, made up of sand and gravel, this poor soil heats up quickly. Good balance and key flavours of citrus and white flowers are typical of wines from Quincy. Grown on 35 to 40 year old vines, Le Rimonet demonstrates exquisite balance of powerful citrus and expressive exotic fruits.
