Pierre de Taille Coteaux d'Aix en Provence AOP Rose: Typical of the region - red currants, cherries, wild raspberries and spice. Soft, light and dry. A pale and delicate rosé with good weight and depth. Fresh and fruity bouquet of red fruit and slight citrus mineral note. Well balanced with refreshing finish.
B by La Grande Bauquiere Cotes de Provence Rose: Fresh and appealing, this lychee coloured wine offers white flowers and red berries on the nose with a hint of grapefruit. The flavours are complex, dominated by ripe tropical fruits and balanced by a lovely mineral structure.
Chateau Montaud Cotes de Provence Rose: Slightly darker pink in colour than most Provence Roses, more reminiscent of an earlier period. Don't be fooled by the darker colour, this still drinks light and dry. Aromas of white flower and summer berries. A palate full of juicy red currant, dried berries and cherries. Fruity and spicey, typical of the region. Good long finish with great acidity.
