The grapes from the Pacifico Sur Estate Carmenere come from their four vineyards located in the Central Valley of Chile, a place with extraordinary natural conditions required for the growth of grapevines. The Central Valley has a Mediterranean-style climate with a cold, rainy winter and a warm, dry summer. Marked temperature differences between day and night make ideal conditions for the growth of the wine grapes.
Food Match : The richness makes it a perfect partner to beef and venison yet there is enough spicy freshness to cut through the richness of pork.
