The 2014 Alfredo Dried Grape Shiraz was sourced from the family’s Riverina vineyards in Griffith and their McLaren Vale vineyard in South Australia. Made in an Amarone style, after picking the grapes were dried on special racks to increase concentration, textural richness and flavor intensity. After fermentation the wines were then aged in American and French oak for 12 months.
