Tasting Notes:
Aromas of white flower, especially rose with citrus zing. The fruity aromas follow through to the palate, which is light, aromatic and refreshing.
Harvesting is done by hand with a gentle, soft crush. Soft skin maceration, variable, but always controlled fermentation temperatures, with yeasts strains selected to enhance all the varietal flavours of the grapes, delivering an example of the true character of Vinho Verde.
The grapes for this wine are all native varieties, grown in the Vinho Verde region of Portugal. The soil is flinty granite, and the climate is mild - long hot days, with Atlantic influences.
